About Petty Pool

Petty Pool Vocational College is a specialist education provider for young adults with learning disabilities and difficulties, supporting over 113 full time learners from across Cheshire, Halton and Warrington.

Located in the heart of Cheshire, and set in 40 acres of woodland in Sandiway, near Northwich, Petty Pool aims to provide every learner with an effective and enjoyable educational experience that empowers them to reach their full potential whilst at college and beyond.

Outdoor Education Centre

The Petty Pool Outdoor Education Centre offers an exciting and varied choice of outdoor activities to suit all age groups and abilities, including abseiling, den building, canoeing, problem solving and team building.

Personal development opportunities through the Outdoor Centre enable enriching and challenging activities, that can enhance self-esteem and personal growth in a protective, though challenging environment, in which young people can prosper, and achieve the highest level of attainment possible.
